Convenient hotel, immaculately clean, very very kind staff and the beds were comfy. The room was bright with an iron, an electronic key card, and a work desk, PARTICULARLY NICE views.

Hotel Charlotte is simpli quiet, pleasing and very clean. Compared to the price the service is really nice. The staff is very friendly and hepfull. Although they have mentioned that they present " a simple but a strong breafast" choices are very pleasing. Perfect

The staff here were really friendly and nice 😊. this place is super close to everything - you've got the city center, the church, the university, and even a botanic garden all nearby.

It was lovely and quiet and the breakfast room was deserted so we had it to ourselves - which was nice.
It was located off a roundabout roadin a pretty non-descript neighbourhood, boring setting and quite a walk from the centre. Double room had 2 beds pushed together that easly seperatd - not really great for couples who want to get close. No mini bar, shower gel or shampoo in rooms so make sure you pack these.
